In some cases, CPUs that may need to reset or
temporary stop communication. This commit adds "unbound"
functionality that provides a callback to IPC service user
when connection was interrupted for some reason, e.g.
expected or unexpected CPU reset, closing the
endpoint. The "unbound" callback is optional to implement
by endpoints. This commit implements it in the ICMsg
backend.

The nRF54 and nRF92 chips has data cache, which means
the ICMsg and ICBMsg must be configured to follow required
cache alignment of the shared memory.
The `dcache-alignement` needs to be defined for that.

Currently, Zephyr is always sending back notifications to
AP (e.g Linux in our case) on channel 0.
But this currently doesn't work if Linux uses other channel
id for communication. So, add option to use predefined
vring ID that can accomodate Linux used ID.

Add the dts and config overlay for the two boards in order
to have the openamp_rsc_table sample working on
HiFi4 DSP from i.MX8QM and i.MX8QXP.
Since these two are similar, use a snippet.
Therefore, to compile the sample we use:
west build -p -b imx8qm_mek/mimx8qm6/adsp -S nxp-openamp-imx8-adsp
-s samples/subsys/ipc/openamp_rsc_table/

A virtual metal_device is created, next the needed IO regions are created
and added to this device. Immediately we extract these regions back out
and make use of them. There is no reason to create the metal_device and
add the IO regions to it, instead simply use the IO regions directly.
This is similar to what was already done to the openamp_rsc_table sample.

It looks like sample called nrf53_cpunet_enable(false) before any
nrf53_cpunet_enable(true), resulting in asserts due to unbalanced calls
(error propagated from onoff service).

When sending a lot of data, a busy error code returned by the IPC is to
be expected. But if the last attempted send returns busy, this error
code is returned to the calling function, causing an error log message.
Fix this by setting return variable to 0 on this acceptable error.

The type of the resource table is known, casting to and from void* only
hides this type which can prevent the compiler from giving helpful
warnings. One warning would have been the accidental use of
"st_resource_table" in a cast, a struct which does not exist.
Use the fw_resource_table type when dealing with resource tables.

With the changes made in pull request #68741, RPMsg service is
supported on stm32h747i_disco using the STM32 HSEM IPM driver. For the
sample to work, add device tree overlays to enable the mailbox and set
the shared memory appropriately.
