The global mbedtls heap is set automatically now so no need to
set it individually in the http library.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.

This https-client sample starts to send HTTP GET/HEAD/POST
requests same way as http-client, to https server that can
be found in net-tools repository.
