The Zephyr controller does not support PAST, and there
is no other controller we can build upstream with these samples.
Disable these 2 samples for the nrf52_bsim until PAST
is supported by the controller.

integration_platforms help us control what get built/executed in CI and
for each PR submitted. They do not filter out platforms, instead they
just minimize the amount of builds/testing for a particular
tests/sample.
Tests still run on all supported platforms when not in integration mode.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all samples to the use
the new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted:

Move to CMake 3.20.0.
At the Toolchain WG it was decided to move to CMake 3.20.0.
The main reason for increasing CMake version is better toolchain
support.
Better toolchain support is added in the following CMake versions:
- armclang, CMake 3.15
- Intel oneAPI, CMake 3.20
- IAR, CMake 3.15 and 3.20
