c818cd288c Kbuild: Additional Kconfig symbols. 
This commit adds the following Kconfig symbols:
 - INIT_STACKS
 - UART_INTERRUPT_DRIVEN
 - CONSOLE_HANDLER
 - BUILD_TIMESTAMP
 - TICKLESS_KERNEL
 - CONTEXT_CUSTOM_DATA

0e301cc07f Kconfig symbols for kernel and misc directory. 
This commit adds the Kconfig files that describe the CONFIG
symbols that belongs to the kernel directory and subdirectories.
It includes the misc directory Kconfig as well.
