Sensor Kconfig sybmols should be enabled if CONFIG_SENSOR=y
and the devicetree node for the sensor is enabled. We can
remove explicitly enabling specific sensor drivers in .conf
files.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all samples to the use
the new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted:

This PR adds the different handling of temperature sensor for the
STM32L5 soc. In this soc, there are some calibration settings which
need to be applied for temperature conversion.

Move to CMake 3.20.0.
At the Toolchain WG it was decided to move to CMake 3.20.0.
The main reason for increasing CMake version is better toolchain
support.
Better toolchain support is added in the following CMake versions:
- armclang, CMake 3.15
- Intel oneAPI, CMake 3.20
- IAR, CMake 3.15 and 3.20
