e547533435 samples: convert to using newly introduced integer sized types 
Convert code to use u{8,16,32,64}_t and s{8,16,32,64}_t instead of C99
integer types.

8c1a073bb1 samples: ipm sample using mailbox for Quark SE 
re-add sample that was dropped by mistake and add a top level Makefile
for building and flashing two cores.
