Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

The test identifier of timer error case in testcase.yaml is
exactly the same as timer api's test identifier.
So I fix this.

Add some error condition or testing cases to verify whether the
robustness of API. Such as give a NULL to some API and check
the response if get result that we were expacted.
