Flavio Ceolin	e7bd10ae71	random: Rename random header ... rand32.h does not make much sense, since the random subsystem provides more APIs than just getting a random 32 bits value. Chris Friedt	2d4619b13c	tests: lib: hash_function: tests for sys_hash32 ... Add a test for `sys_hash32()`. The expectation is that hash functions should be approximately uniform over a given field.
