fc57ea8d3c drivers: ssd1673: rename driver to ssd16xx 
ssd1673 driver supports different controllers,
rename it to more generic ssd16xx.

9ab2a56751 cleanup: include/: move misc/printk.h to sys/printk.h 
move misc/printk.h to sys/printk.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.

No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.
