00b07615fa native_posix: Add missing headers and function prototypes 
A few function prototypes were missing in the native_posix
board and its drivers.
Let's add them.

e3f727cc6e native: added stdin handling for shell 
Now the native console driver also handles stdin
so we can drive the shell from the command line,
a pipe or a file
