Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver instance to be constant. Andrzej Puzdrowski	4f7f6c96be	includes/storage/stream_flash: clarification on API usage ... Clarify that number of bytes_written means bytes number of bytes written belongs to the user's payload.
