Add a new subdir, audio, and move all the audio related
documentation files to that directory, similar to mesh.

Modifies the audio configuration (ac) commands for CAP
and GMAP to use the default presets instead of supplying
the preset as arguments. This will allow the user to
use the `bap preset` command to configure everything in the
codec configuration before the AC commands are issued.

The cap_initiator unicast_stop command will now stop
all streams by default, without supplying the "all" argument.

The bap_broadcast_assistant mod_src command can now take "unknown"
as a value to supply BT_BAP_PA_INTERVAL_UNKNOWN to the scan
delegator.

The documentation for the command
bap_broadcast_assistant broadcast_code
was incorrect and has been fixed.
Additionally, and example of the command has been added
in the shell documentation.

Codecs can be printed at different levels:
level 0: Generic and unicast
level 1: subgroup codec configs
level 2: BIS codec configs
This commit ensures that the indentation level
is correctly increase based on where the codec configuration
data is printed.
This also updates the documentation for the BAP shell.

The cmd_sync_broadcast command now also takes an optional broadcast
code, to support syncing with encrypted broadcasts.

Using the `bap preset` command it is now possible to set all the
codec configuration data and metadata value at runtime. This will
allow to set specific values for each stream in each direction.

The print_sirk function that simply logs the SIRK has been removed,
as the SIRK is now directly accessible to the application via the
get_sirk function.

The unicast_stop command takes either "all" or one or more
stream pointers as argument, but the argument handler did
not allow this.
The documentation for the command was also out of date.

PBP API allows sources to create a Public Broadcast Announcement.
PBP API to parse a Public Broadcast Announcement.
public_broadcast_source application starts extended advertising and
includes a Public Broadcast Announcement. The advertised broadcast
audio stream quality will cycle between high and standard quality.
public_broadcast_sink application scans for broadcast sources and
synchronizes to the first found source which defines a Public Broadcast
Announcement including a High Quality Public Broadcast Audio Stream
configuration.
Add bsim tests for Public Broadcast Profile APIs.
Add shell implementation for Public Broadcast Profile APIs.

Another round of repeated words cleanup. This commit tries to keep the
diff minimal and line wrapping was mostly left intact in the touched
files, as having them consistent across the documentation is probably
the topic of a future tree-wide cleanup (or not)

The broadcast sink scan API is no longer used by the BAP
shell, which handles everything related to PA sync and scan
itself now.
It has also been made easier to sync to a broadcast
source by simply using create_broadcast_sink.

Rename BASS to BAP Scan Delegator and BASS Client
to BAP Broadcast Assistant. This is the first step towards
integrating the BASS with the rest of BAP.
