Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

The websocket library uses int for pointers for testing and does not
work reliably on 64 bit architectures.
Exclude the test so it does not block other unrelated PRs.

This test runs fine on native_posix_64. The exclude was added long time
ago and seems to not apply anymore.
