Picolibc has two floating point output modules, the default, "exact",
module which meets the ISO/IEC 9899:2011 specification and a smaller
"inexact" version which does not meet those specifications. Add a test for
this latter version to make sure it meets some modest Zephyr requirements.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Some tests were filtering by explicitly listing
all posix arch boards.
Filter by the arch instead.

lib -> libraries to be consistent with everything else.
And fix identifier for a few stray tests that were wrongly
labeled/tagged.

Some test suites have different test case lists in test_main(), that
conforms to different test scenarios defined in testcase.yaml. We
use if statement to decide which test case list should run under
specific config.
But for thoses boards who do not support those configs, we will run test
cases on the other side of the if statement even if it has deviated from
the original test scenario.
So add filter to avoid test scenario running under mismatch config.

According to the comment in #20008 I found out that some test cases
for different tests have same names.
To get rid of it, I decided to change test cases names.

Apparently the tests/lib/sprintf test requires more than 34kB
of code size, when building in MCIMX7_M4-based platforms. Such
platforms, however, only have 32kB of code memory, therefore,
we exclude them from this test.
