In preparation for adding more tests in network areas swap the tests/bluetooth/bsim with tests/bsim/bluetooth There is no other changes in this commit beyond that. tests: Bluetooth: Mesh: add cfg mesh with mbedtls PSA to bsim CI

Commit adds configuration for mesh with mbedtls PSA
to CI BabbleSim tests as well as emulation of

tests bsim: Change folder structure

Bsim won't be limited anymore to BT tests.
In preparation for adding more tests in network areas
swap the tests/bluetooth/bsim with tests/bsim/bluetooth

There is no other changes in this commit beyond that.
