This intoduces dedicated Kconfig option to enable TBS client,
that makes the configuration more intuitive.
While configuring GTBS only, the user does not have to explicitly set
the BT_TBS_CLIENT_MAX_TBS_INSTANCES to 0 to disable the TBS client
functionality.
This adds also `tbs_only_client` test case to test the TBS only build
option.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Add configurations where CONFIG_BT_AUDIO_TX and CONFIG_BT_AUDIO_RX
are disabled.
Fixes issues found in the BT shell implemented caused by these
configurations.

Remove qemu_cortex_m3 from various bluetooth tests and samples since
they enable NVS which requires CONFIG_FLASH_PAGE_LAYOUT which is
not supported on qemu_cortex_m3 since there is no flash driver.
We get build failures with the arm-clang compiler because nvs.c
is referencing z_impl_flash_get_page_info_by_offs which does not
exist.
Switch to qemu_x86 as the integration_platforms if it was
qemu_cortex_m3 before.
Removed the bluetooth.mesh.mesh_shell.reduced_legacy as this was
added specifically for building on qemu_cortex_m3.

If either the sink or source ASE count was zero, calls to
ARRAY_SIZE(srcs) or ARRAY_SIZE(sinks) would cause a build warning.
The arrays should actually not be there at all if the respective
ASE count was 0, as that is just a waste of memory. The arrays,
and all uses of them, have been properly guarded.
This also adds a build assert to ensure that at least one
of them is non-zero, and that we also test building either
of them with the value 0.

integration_platforms help us control what get built/executed in CI and
for each PR submitted. They do not filter out platforms, instead they
just minimize the amount of builds/testing for a particular
tests/sample.
Tests still run on all supported platforms when not in integration mode.

The `bluetooth/common/log.h` and `bluetooth/common/log.c` files have been
removed. Files that were using them have been updated to use
`zephyr/logging/log.h` instead.
Those replacement have been done consequently:
- `/BT_DBG/LOG_DBG/`
- `/BT_ERR/LOG_ERR/`
- `/BT_WARN/LOG_WRN/`
- `/BT_INFO/LOG_INF/`
- `/BT_HEXDUMP_DBG/LOG_HEXDUMP_DBG/`
- `/BT_DBG_OBJ_ID/LOG_DBG_OBJ_ID/`
Also, some files were relying on the `common/log.h` include to include
`zephyr/bluetooth/hci.h`, in those cases the include of `hci.h` has
been added.
For files that were including `common/log.h` but not using any logs,
the include has been removed and not replaced.

Modify the existing bt_micp API for the
MICP Microphone Device to be more specific
by adding mic_dev as an infix. This follows
the naming scheme used for the MICP microphone
controller (mic_ctlr).

Use the profile abbreviation, MICP, instead of the
service abbreviation, MICS, for the MICP implementation.
The server implementation will use MICP and the client
implementation will use MICP_CLIENT for now, as that will
be updated in a future commit.

This fixes build errors that were seen while building call control
client without server side (`CONFIG_BT_TBS`) enabled.
The options like BT_TBS_CLIENT_MAX_URI_LENGTH and
BT_TBS_CLIENT_MAX_PROVIDER_NAME_LENGTH have been removed because those
were not used in the code. In fact the client implementation used the
common options for BT_TBS_MAX_URI_LENGTH and
BT_TBS_MAX_PROVIDER_NAME_LENGTH that were moved in this patch to the
common Kconfig section.

Some recent updates to the bluetooth shell test cause build failures
in CI for platforms that don't have a uart that supports interrupts
(ie ip_k66f or xmc45_relax_kit).
As these tests are build-only a single platform is sufficient to get
coverage and utilize platform_allow to limit to just one board target
intead of integration_platforms. As this will limit to the single
platform for both PR based CI and nightly CI (integration_platforms
only is utilized for PR based CI, so we'd need other filtering for
the nightly CI and there isn't any value in building these tests
on more than the single platform so platform_allow makes the most
sense).

Some of the shell tests need a devicetree "fixed-partition" and
"storage_partition" for the settings partition support. Not all
boards support this, so filter the tests on the devicetree having
this.

Its documentation and all references to its name in the tree are

The seasonal overhaul of test identifiers aligning the terms being used
and creating a structure. This is hopefully the last time we do this,
plan is to document the identifiers and enforce syntax.
The end-goal is to be able to generate a testsuite description from the
existing tests and sync it frequently with the testsuite in Testrail.
