These tests cannot be run in this architecture as it does not
support userspace.
Today they are filtered by kconfig, which works but spends
time running cmake.
As native_posix is a default test platform it is better
to filter it alltogether by arch, which saves quite a lot
of time.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Disable tests/kernel/mem_protect/syscalls for qemu_arc_em where
we trigger ARC QEMU bug which cause illegal instruction exception
on perfectly valid ARC code.

This commit excludes the kernel syscall test for the `qemu_arc_em`
platform because this test may fail with the ARC QEMU 6.2 on certain
host systems.

bat_commit is an old and obsolete tag that has not been maintained over
time and was supposed to serve a purpose that is obsolete now. Also
rename core tag with kernel.

Test that we can define our own system calls in application code
and that fault handling works properly.
