native_posix is being removed as it has reached its end of life in 4.2,
after being deprecated since 4.0.
Remove the twister support for native_posix[//64] and therefore all
references to them from the testcases and samples yamls, so twister
does not error out.

Enable the remaining samples which run now in native_posix also
in native_sim.

integration_platforms help us control what get built/executed in CI and
for each PR submitted. They do not filter out platforms, instead they
just minimize the amount of builds/testing for a particular
tests/sample.
Tests still run on all supported platforms when not in integration mode.

Some test cases in the module `samples` have not a name of this module.
This change adds the name `sample` to these test cases.
