This sample could not run on any target as it depedend on zms
which is set by no board.
But it seems to run just fine in both allowed platforms,
so let's add a trivial twister check (so it actually passes instead
of waiting for ever), and remove that `depends on`.

The Sample Output section is missing a blank line before the code block
markup, resulting in the sample output text showing up with an incorrect
format. Fixed by adding a blank line.

Remove CONFIG_MMC_VOLUME_NAME, and set the disk name based on the
``disk-name`` property. This aligns with other disk drivers, and allows
for multiple instances of the mmc_subsys disk driver to be registered.
Add disk-name properties for all in tree definitions for the
mmc-subsys disk driver, and change all in tree usage of the disk name

native_posix is now deprecated.
Building this sample in both native_sim and native_posix does not
improve coverage for the sample or subsystem but doubles CI time.
As anyhow native_posix will be removed all together in
2 releases, let's remove it already for this sample.

This commit uses the new .. zephyr:code-sample-category directive to
categorize code samples across the tree.
Updates existing legacy references to manually defined targets to now
use :zephyr:code-sample-category: role instead.

Fixes bad usage of single backticks in lieu of double backticks for
rendering inline literals, or simple '*' for italics.
When appropriate, a better construct than double backticks has been
selected (ex. :file:, :kconfig:option:, :c:func:, ...), or proper :ref:
have been used if the original intention was to have a link.

The commit replaces flash_area_erase with flash_area_flatten,
as it allows to emulate erase and scramble data stored
on devices that do not require explicit erase before write
or do not provide erase callback.

The rcar boards use block variant of LittleFS and Disk Access API,
but have been using proj.conf for Flash API based access.
The commit adds section building boards with pro_blk.conf
into sample.yaml, where rcar boards will now be allowed,
and removes redundant configuration lines from board specific
conf files.

Add overlay, for nrf52840dk, that reserves RAM in internal
SRAM using the DTS definition.
The sample with such region can be built with the config
file nrf52840dk_nrf52840_ram_disk_region.conf, but, instead
of automatically allocating memory, the Disk driver will
use the pre-defined region provided by the DTS overlay.

Add configuration for nrf52840dk that allows to create RAM
disk; this configuration does not reserve special region
in RAM using DTS but uses automatic buffer allocation, by RAM
Disk Drivers, according to RAM disk specification in DTS.
