5d36157c7c sensors: Remove unnecessary Kconfig setting of sensors 
Sensor Kconfig sybmols should be enabled if CONFIG_SENSOR=y
and the devicetree node for the sensor is enabled.  We can
remove explicitly enabling specific sensor drivers in .conf
files.

5fda6a3b2f sample: sensor: tmp108: Add ti tmp108 sample 
This sample writes the tmp108 temperature to the console
once every 3 seconds. There are macro definitions included
for turning off and on alerts if that is set up, and
also using low power one shot mode.
