Radio Board 4342A is really similar to the 4338A. There are a few
difference on the pinmux, but most of the peripherals and the SoC are
the same.

The WCH CH32V006EVT is an evaluation board for the RISC-V based
CH32V006K8U6 SOC.
The board is equipped with a power LED, reset button, USB port for
power, and two user LEDs.
Add the board definition, documentation, and sample overlay.

The CH32V003 has a straight-forward watchdog that does not support
callbacks. Add an overlay and support.
To make the sample fit in flash, remove the unused logging from the
project configuration. The sample itself doesn't seem to use logging
so this is (mostly) a no-op.

Add overlays required to run watchdog sample on:
- nrf54l09pdk/nrf54l09/cpuapp,
- nrf54l09pdk/nrf54l09/cpuflpr,
- nrf54l20pdk/nrf54l20/cpuflpr.

The nRF54L05 and nRF54L10 are identical to the nRF54L15 except for their
memory sizes. Add support for emulating those ICs on the nRF54L15DK.
This commit only adds support for the main application core. Support for
the FLPR core may be added later.

Commit consists of minimal set of overlays need to run tests
and samples. Additionally disables nRF54L15 platform in cpp98
tests, because unnamed unions are not supported.

Both nrf54l15pdk/cpuflpr and nrf54l15pdk/cpuflpr_xip have
watchdog on the list of supported periperals.
As a result, Twister tries to build samples/drivers/watchdog
for these two targets.
Since overlays are missing, build is failing.
Add missing overlay files.

Adjustments of overlay and conf files to adjust for the MERGE removal.
The revert of MERGE requires specific overlay and conf files for boards
which relied on the MERGE feature.

This follows the same convention that has already been adopted by Intel
Alder Lake and Raptor Lake boards.

This is following the same convention that was recently introduced to Alder
Lake boards (intel_adl). Additionally, an "S" suffix is added to the
boards, since what's currently supported is in fact the Raptor Lake S
variant.

2. Add the board overlay file in wdt sample to specify
the watchdog0 alias

Adds overlay files to enable the watchdog and set the alias to
`watchdog0`.

The most of the wwdg peripherals requires a reduced apb clock
to pass the sample.drivers.watchdog.stm32_wwdg testcase.
This apb1 prescaler is added to the overlay file
for that particular clock.
Specific overlay for the stm32h7 family because of the APB1
bus clock named d2ppre1.

Add support for boards that implement GD32 SoC.
Overlay file for longan_nano_lite enables FWDGT.
Add WDT_FEED_INTERVAL to make adjustable
the execution cycle of wdt_feed().
And also, make waiting for the WDT_FEED_INTERVAL period
for the watchdog window opens at the start of the test.

The stm32 wwdg driver was currently tested only on disco_l475_iot1.
Additionally add nucleo_f091rc, such that one board with an CM0 core is
tested. And add nucleo_g431rb, that one board is included that has
newer register mapping and a 128 prescaler.

A different configuration is applied when running this test
using west or using twister.
Both will use the disco_l475_iot1 overlay, but the extra config
for clock bus tunning is applied only when using twister and
samples is failed when run with west.
Move this extra config from sample.yaml to board .conf file so
it is applied in both cases.
