Add `k_heap_array_get` as an alternative to `sys_heap_array_get`, which
only returns statically defined heaps (those defined with
`K_HEAP_DEFINE` or `K_HEAP_DEFINE_NOCACHE`), but doesn't depend on the
application guessing a value for `CONFIG_SYS_HEAP_ARRAY_SIZE`.

In .../modules/debug/percepio/TraceRecorder/kernelports/Zephyr/include/\
tracing_tracerecorder.h there is a concealed non-parameterized direct
reference to a local variable that is no longer in scope. Provide a dummy
stub for compilation to succeed until that module's layering violation is
fixed, after which this could be reverted.

When k_heap_alloc() is expressed in terms of k_heap_aligned_alloc()
it invokes a longer aligned allocation code path with an extra runtime
overhead even though no alignment is necessary.
Let's reference and invoke the aligned allocation code path only when an
actual aligned allocation is requested. This opens the possibility for
the linker to garbage-collect the aligning code otherwise.

Until now iterable sections APIs have been part of the toolchain
(common) headers. They are not strictly related to a toolchain, they
just rely on linker providing support for sections. Most files relied on
indirect includes to access the API, now, it is included as needed.

The init infrastructure, found in `init.h`, is currently used by:
- `SYS_INIT`: to call functions before `main`
- `DEVICE_*`: to initialize devices
They are all sorted according to an initialization level + a priority.
`SYS_INIT` calls are really orthogonal to devices, however, the required
function signature requires a `const struct device *dev` as a first
argument. The only reason for that is because the same init machinery is
used by devices, so we have something like:

As a result, we end up with such weird/ugly pattern:

```
This is really a result of poor internals isolation. This patch proposes
a to make init entries more flexible so that they can accept sytem
initialization calls like this:

}
```
This is achieved using a union:

int (*sys)(void);
/* for DEVICE*, used when init_entry.dev != NULL */

This solution **does not increase ROM usage**, and allows to offer clean
public APIs for both SYS_INIT and DEVICE*. Note that however, init
machinery keeps a coupling with devices.
**NOTE**: This is a breaking change! All `SYS_INIT` functions will need
to be converted to the new signature. See the script offered in the
following commit.

correctly due to unsigned return value. Added explicit
K_FOREVER handling of end time.

With demand paging, the heap object and its backing memory
may not be in physical memory. So initialize those heaps
in pinned region at PRE_KERNEL_1 and the remaining heaps
once paging mechanism has been initialized.

Remove the MEM_POOL_HEAP_BACKEND kconfig, treating it as true always.
Now the legacy mem_pool cannot be enabled and all usage uses the
k_heap/sys_heap backend.

This adds a k_heap data structure, a synchronized wrapper around a
sys_heap memory allocator. As of this patch, it is an alternative
implementation to k_mem_pool() with somewhat better efficiency and
performance and more conventional (and convenient) behavior.
Note that commit involves some header motion to break dependencies.
The declaration for struct k_spinlock moves to kernel_structs.h, and a
bunch of includes were trimmed.
