A binding documentation shouldn't be referring to "driver", so this
commit reworks the description accordingly, and sets a title now that
binding files can have one.

Add an input driver for the modulino buttons module. This is a pluggable
I2C board implementing three buttons and three LEDs, the I2C protocol is
implemented on a microcontroller on the modulino board itself, the
firmware for that is open source and can be updated using an Arduino
sketch:

The VS1838B is one of the most found infrared receiver
found in electronic kits and is easy to setup with only
a single GPIO used for signal transmission (apart from
VCC and GND).
This new driver let applications use the VS1838B as an
input with events relayed as 0x0000<address><command>.
Only the NEC protocol is supported in this version but
more can be added later.

Make the zephyr,input-sdl-touch driver be multi instance and add the
possibility to associate it with a display. The input events are only
emitted if the events occured on this display.

Implement a new stable-poll-period-ms property to specify a new (slower)
polling rate for when the matrix is stable.
The keyboard thread can eat up a surprisingly high amount of cpu cycles in
busy waiting if the specific hardware implementation happen to have a
particularly slow settle time, but high frequency polling is really only
needed when debouncing.
The new property allow slowing down the polling rate when the matrix is
stable (either key pressed but none to be debounced or idle in the case
of the gpio implementation with no interrupts), this allows reducing the
overall cpu time taken by the keyboard scanning thread when keys are
persistently pressed.

The it8xxx2_kbd KSO pins can be used as both keyboard scan and GPIO. By
default the keyboard scanning driver controls the output level of all
the KSO signals from 0 to (col-size - 1), meaning that any line in
between used as GPIO is going to have its output value overridden.
Add a kso-ignore-mask property to the keyboard scan driver to allow
specifiying extra pins that should not be controlled by the driver.

Add a no-disconnect property that skips the call to disconnect the pin
during suspend, this is useful as not all gpio controllers supports pin
disconnection, and right now using the gpio-keys driver on one of those
results in a failed initialization if PM runtime is enabled.

The driver right now only allows inverting the input value, which can be
useful for differential channels but is quite confusing for single ended
ones. Implement a simple output inversion flag instead to make up for
that.

Rework the data scaling algorithm for the "deadzone" mode so that the
deadzone is subtracted from the input rather than from the output. This
makes the whole output range usable rather than making the output jump
from the center value to the minimum deadzone range.
This changes the calibration data structure as well so now all values
refer to the input data, which is more coherent.

Change the gpio_qdec driver to support optical encoders.
Add a property to use for defining an arbitrary number of GPIOs for the
sensing devices (typically infrared LEDs, but could also be the
biasing for the phototransistor), and one for adding a delay between
turning those on and reading the pin status.
The infrared LEDs typically consume a non negligible amount of power, so
there's also a new idle-poll-time-us property that enables two possible
modes of operation:
- if idle-poll-time-us is zero (default) the LEDs are enabled all the
time and the driver enters polling mode using the GPIO interrupt as
with mechanical encoders. This is usable for mains powered devices and
has the lowest overhead on the CPU.
- if idle-poll-time-us is non zero, then the driver polls the encoder
all the time, turning on the LEDs just before reading the state and
shutting them off immediately after, but when the encoder is idle it
switches the polling rate to idle-poll-time-us to save power, and only
polls at sample-time-us when some movement is detected.

Some MCU have limitations with GPIO interrupts. Add a polling mode to
the gpio-keys driver to support those cases.
This required a bit of a refactoring of the driver data structure to add
a instance wide data, and move the pin specific pointer in the config
structure.
For polling, reuse the button 0 delayed work so we minimize the resource
waste, the two work handler functions are only referenced when used so
at least those are discarded automatically if no instance needs them.
Fix a bug in the PM structure instantiation as well.
