In order to use fstab with fatfs in addition to
littlefs a new driver fstab, fatfs was introduced
containing the required logic to detect and if
needed automount fatfs devices specified in fstab.
Additionally as the partition phandle is not needed
by fatfs and currently is specific to littlefs it
was moved from the common dts binding into the
littlefs binding.

to maintain backward compatibility
with existing littlefs
with the same major disk version.

Property "block-cycles" is required for node "zephyr, fstab, littlefs",
but source code did not get the value from dts file, now add it.
Additionally correct the wrong description of property "block-cycles"
in binding file.

Define a binding for zephyr, fstab which contains multiple child nodes
each of which identifies a file system type and configuration
parameters and associates it with a fixed partition. The base entry
properties specify the mount point and other generic fs mount options,
while bindings specific to a file system type provide the
configuration parameters necessary to describe the file system.
