- Add AFBR module as a HAL.
- Platform layer to support running AFBR API using Zephyr.
- Ability to instantiate on device-tree.
- Samples in the module proving foundations works.
- Zephyr Sensor API support, by introducing:
- Read/Decode for SENSOR_CHAN_DISTANCE (1-D results).
- Streaming mode for DATA_READY (1-D results).

This commit introduces a new Sensor Clock API, enabling the retrieval
of cycle counts and conversion to nanoseconds based on the system or
external clock. The API includes:
- `sensor_clock_get_cycles()` to get the current cycle count from the
sensor clock.
- `sensor_clock_cycles_to_ns()` to convert cycles to nanoseconds using
the clock's frequency.
The implementation supports both system clocks and external clocks
defined in the device tree, making the sensor clock integration more
flexible for various sensor use cases.

Refactors the cmake and kconfig bits of the tdk sensor drivers into the
vendor subdirectory to make them consistent with other vendor-sorted
sensor drivers. The tdk driver implementations were previously moved
into the vendor subdirectory in commit
41f1c3a2b7.

In order to decouple the read request from its implementation, we need
to be able to yield to potential lower-priority threads, which is not
possible with k_yield() itself. As such, using RTIO Consume semaphore
enables us to achieve this.
This patch also refactors blocking API (sensor_read) to also block upon
consumption, so as not to require RTIO_SUBMIT_SEM enabled.

Add driver for Festo VEAA-X-3 series proportional pressure regulator.
The driver assumes that the maximum ADC value matches the maximum
output from the device, and that the maximum DAC value matches the
maximum input value for the device. External hardware is probably
required between the ADC/DAC and the device.
