1fbb4e87f2 boards: variscite: Add Variscite VAR-SOM-MX93 board 
Add Variscite VAR-SOM-MX93 board support. This SoM is based on NXP's
i.MX93 SoC. It includes Cortex-A55 and Cortex-M33 support.
