9d8c332b21 i2c: use I2C_X nameing instead of I2CX 
Other IOs use this format, so lets be consistent and use

I2C_0 instead of I2C0 and I2C_1 an instead of I2C1.

65f538238b move driver samples to samples/drivers 
All SoC specific driver tests go to samples/drivers.
