737a9dc306 Shell: bt: Use SHELL_REGISTER_WITH_PROMPT 
This replaces the use of shell_register_prompt_handler with
SHELL_REGISTER_WITH_PROMPT which doesn't overwrite other modules
prompt.

would depend on it.
