Dan Kalowsky	fe1226713c	Renaming InitPipe to _pipe_init ... Updating micro kernel functions to follow a consistent naming convention. Part of that process is the removal of camelCase naming conventions for the preferred_underscore_method. Peter Mitsis	dcc483f534	Remove references to ENABLE_DEVICE_CHANNEL ... The ENABLE_DEVICE_CHANNEL macro is never defined. Furthermore, there are no records about what it is supposed to do even if it is defined.
