Convert them to native YAML lists. Support for space-separated
lists was deprecated in Twister a long time ago.

This fixes memory corruption of delayable work when
tests executes unsupported function.
When test (e.g. only_rx_in_chunks) is executed it starts
delayed work for master functionality (with 10 ms delay).
Later when slave function is tried and reports that
function is unsupported, test is terminated (task ends)
but work is still scheduled.
When next test starts it clears work that is already
scheduled:

this leads to memory corruption and system work queue
tries to remove work but it never does since head/next
pointers are zeroed at that time.
This just adds after function that cancels work
regardless if it was scheduled or not.

Apply the following changes to `nrf54h20dk` and `nrf9280pdk`:
* Convert `perm-*` properties to the newly introduced `nordic,access`,
both in board files and tests.
* Redefine shared regions to specify multiple access owners per node,
and ensure that each such region is reserved by one domain at a time.
`cpuapp_cpurad_ram0x_region` is only enabled by Radiocore, while
`cpuapp_cpucell_ram0x_region` is only enabled by Application core.
* Divide `shared_ram3x_region` so that each sub-region is owned by a
different domain. Their addresses must be rounded down to fit the
current UICR format.

This region is only required if certain fast peripherals make use of such
region for DMAing. It was now enabled on all builds, often resulting in:

Add more memory to dma region for cpurad as otherwise it fails
during initialization due to not enough memory for dmm heap.
