Ensure WiFi modems still build with the `CONNECTIVITY_WIFI_MGMT`
connectivity backend enabled.

As both C and C++ standards require applications running under an OS to
return 'int', adapt that for Zephyr to align with those standard. This also
eliminates errors when building with clang when not using -ffreestanding,
and reduces the need for compiler flags to silence warnings for both clang
and gcc.
Most of these changes were automated using coccinelle with the following
script:
@@
@@
- void
+ int
main(...) {
...
- return;
+ return 0;
...
}
Approximately 40 files had to be edited by hand as coccinelle was unable to
fix them.

Remove the custom GPIO driver instantiation for `vnd,gpio` compatibles
in "build_all" tests. The devices are now instantiated in `gpio_test.c`.

This reverts commit 9e58a1e475.
This change is in conflict with commit 94f7ed356f ("drivers: serial:
add a dummy driver for vnd,serial"). As a result two equal serial
devices are defines, resulting in link error.

Serial device is needed for building drivers that use DEVICE_DT_GET().
None of the currently used modem drivers use that right now, but this is
about to change.
