Instead of using rs=1,2,3 and 4 we make it 10, 20, 30, 40 as the
other values could cause some connection issues.

Let's increase the timeout for a few tests whose
timeout is less than 3x a typical execution time in CI.

In all scripts, where we were using the BOARD variable
let's use BOARD_TS which is the full BOARD target string
with "/" replaced with "_"
This is neccessary to support hwmv2 board names

Some of the CSIP tests take a while to run given the number of
devices, and some of them started to fail in CI because of a
timeout, so we increase the EXECUTE_TIMEOUT a bit.

Split the CSIP tests to multiple scripts to make them
more specific and able to run in parallel.

Bsim won't be limited anymore to BT tests.
In preparation for adding more tests in network areas
swap the tests/bluetooth/bsim with tests/bsim/bluetooth
There is no other changes in this commit beyond that.
