native_posix is now deprecated.
Building these tests in both native_sim and native_posix does not
improve coverage for the tests or subsystem but doubles CI time.
As anyhow native_posix will be removed all together in
2 releases, let's remove it already for these.

Convert all Bluetooth tests that define dummy HCI driver instances to use
the new HCI driver API. This requires both a custom DTS binding as well
as an app-specific overlay file.

The flash_area_erase is replaced with flash_area_flatten that
is also able to erase/scramble devices that do not require
explicit call to erase procedure before write.

The commit adds dependency on Kconfig FLASH_PAGE_LAYOUT to subsystems
that really require it:
FCB, NVS, LittleFS
and removes direct selection from '*.conf' files where no longer
needed.

Bluetooth Mesh Protocol 1.1 is backward compatible with Bluetooth Mesh
Profile 1.0.1, therefore the stack can still be qualified for 1.0.1 if
needed. But explicit support for both versions requires additional
maintenance efforts and doubles the CI time. To make the stack
qualifiable for 1.0.1, the one needs to remove Private Beacons reception
and compile out SHA256 algorithm support.
What is changed:
- Removed `CONFIG_BT_MESH_V1d1` option.
- Removed `transport_legacy.c` which was using 1.0.1 implementation. The
new transport layer has new SaR logic that should still be possible to
qualify for 1.0.1.
- Removed the legacy transport Kconfig options. They are superseded by
the new transport Kconfig options.
- Tester app: `overlay-mesh-v1d1.conf` is merged into
`overlay-mesh.conf`.
- Removed BabbleSim tests for 1.0.1.
- Updated documentation.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

This tests functions accessible from blob_io_flash via `bt_mesh_blob_io`
object. Whole partition of slot1 is filled with test data using
flash_map API and then read using blob_io_flash, by reading it as blocks
and chunks. `chunk_wr` is tested my writing sample data of size of slot1
partition and checked if each chunk is written correctly, and if whole
partition is filled with correct data at the end. Both of these test
use `bt_mesh_blob_io_flash_init` and `io_open` to prepare stream and
call `block_start` at every new block to check if flash is prepared
correctly.
