Adds, removes and modifies includes in all LE audio
files.
Fixes any found spelling mistakes as well.
Fixes a few places where incorrect types were used.

Verify that a HAS Server IUT sends changed characteristic notifications
or indications when the Lower Tester reconnects.

Added Kconfig options to make HAS characteristics that has notify as
optional property selectable and thus optional. These settings are
global, meaning that a chosen notify property will be used for all
registered has instances.

This extends implementation with sending Preset Changed
notification/indication when preset changes its availability or is
added or deleted.

This adds bare minimum implementation of Hearing Access Service.
The GATT HAS service contains one Hearing Aid Features mandatory
characteristic.
