a12dff48ac samples net/posix: Rename old Makefiles and clarify READMEs
The old Makefiles which can be used to build this samples
directly as Linux apps and the description in the READMEs
could be quite missleading.

Building this apps in this way has nothing to do with the
Zephyr native_posix/sim targets. This is about building
them as actual Linux applications without Zephyr or any
HW models.

So let's rename the Makefiles and change the description
in the docs to avoid confusion.

Use the new code-sample directive and roles to document the networking
samples so that they show up as "Related samples" when browsing the
various relevant networking APIs.

41202ba928 samples: net: sockets: Do not reference default board in docs
Some of the socket samples had wrong information about what default
board to use. Currently there is no default board and user must
select the board when building the application.

505cc2bb0e doc: use :zephyr_file: where appropriate
A new role :zephyr_file: is available that renders to a link to the file
or folder in GitHub. Find appropriate references using :file: and
convert to :zephyr_file: to take advantage of its linking capability.

5cbfa397c5 samples: sockets: dumb_http_server: Use big payload by default
This sends out 2KB+ payload (i.e. guaranteedly more than 1 network
packet). When this sample was initially written, using such payload
quickly let to a deadlock somewhere in the network stack. However
as of now, running with such payload can sustain testing with
"ab -n10000" (10000 consecutive HTTP requests using Apache Bench),
so set is as a default, to serve as a mark point against possible
future regressions.

ef39533365 samples: sockets: Add a dumb HTTP server example
It's dumb, because it doesn't really parse HTTP request, just always
sends the same page in response. Even such, it's useful for socket
load testing with tools like Apache Bench (ab) and for regression
checking in the net subsystem.
