2deb3d5b0c samples: lwm2m: Set default bootstrap URI 
Don't rely on just port number to select a bootstrap server.
Use full URI.

23fb69d0ac samples: net: lwm2m_client: Add bootstrap overlay file 
Add overlay-bootstrap.conf which allows to easily configure the sample
to use the bootstrap server.
