Add common LCD interface binding. This binding captures the
following properties, which are shared between multiple LCD interface
IP blocks:
- VSYNC/HSYNC pulse width
- Vertical/Horizontal front and back porch
- HSYNC,VSYNC,data enable, and pixel clock polarity flags
- pixel clock frequency
