cyliang tw	355d032baa	boards: nuvoton: numaker: Drop PINCTRL from board defconfig ... To remove CONFIG_PINCTRL from board side for numaker boards. Update serial drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree.
