This commit enable erase command for max32xxx/max78xxx boards.
Erase command shall be passed to west flash as below
west flash --erase
Console output will like:
......
[max32xxx.cpu] halted due to breakpoint, current mode: Thread
xPSR: 0x01000000 pc: 0x000001b4 msp: 0x20004000
max32xxx mass erase complete
wrote XXXX bytes from file YYYY
Enable debug to connect in low-power mode
shutdown command invoked

Updated the reference to the ADI Developer Portal Solution Center with
URL. The Solution Center provides more resources than the product
information. Users can still find the product information from the new
portal link.

MAX32690 has two core, Cortex-M4 and Risc-V.
Examples can be build by below command for cortex-m4
west build -b max32690evkit/max32690/m4 samples/hello_world
As a shorthand, the soc may be omitted from the build command and
keeping the corresponding forward slashes:
west build -b max32690evkit//m4 samples/hello_world
