Exclude the stm32h7 target boards to this samples/subsys/settings
because it does not apply for flash sector flash size larger
than 64K : all those stm32h7 mcu have sector size of 128K
The settings_subsys_init will fails (-33 DOM errno ) when it checks
nvs_sector_size > UINT16_MAX in settings_backend_init()
of the subsys/settings/src/settings_nvs.c

Almost all overlays only enable NVS and SETTINGS_NVS, something that
should be enabled in sample directly. Remove all overlays and make the
sample more genenric.
Use filter on storage partition to enable testing the sample on more
plaforms.

native_posix is now deprecated.
Building this sample in both native_sim and native_posix does not
improve coverage for the sample or subsystem but doubles CI time.
As anyhow native_posix will be removed all together in
2 releases, let's remove it already for this sample.

For the 64 bit targets, change identifiers to the new hwmv2 ones.
And remove redundant overlays (which were equal for the 32
and 64 bit versions)

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Fix all line-length errors detected by yamllint:

Using a limit is set to 100 columns, not touching the commandlines in
GitHub workflows (at least for now).

integration_platforms help us control what get built/executed in CI and
for each PR submitted. They do not filter out platforms, instead they
just minimize the amount of builds/testing for a particular
tests/sample.
Tests still run on all supported platforms when not in integration mode.

Added support for native_posix targets.
Added setting FS back-end initialization which is used by
native_posix targets.
The test harness was adapted to the fact that key-value pairs
read-out order might be different for each back-end when call
settings_load().
