These are never meant to be run, so make sure it's explicitly specified
through the build_only property.

Add Silabs boards to the newly added test cases which exercise the
CONFIG_BUILD_ONLY_NO_BLOBS configuration option. Also fix the namespace to
be "peripheral" for the peripheral sample app.

exclude cyw920829m2evk_02 from build. For cyw920829m2evk_02
need `west bloobs fetch` (to get BT fw), which does not
allowed in CI.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

integration_platforms help us control what get built/executed in CI and
for each PR submitted. They do not filter out platforms, instead they
just minimize the amount of builds/testing for a particular
tests/sample.
Tests still run on all supported platforms when not in integration mode.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
