Cache CTRL1 into reg_ctrl1_active_val inside lis2dh_init_chip()
in the PM_DEVICE_ACTION_TURN_ON path. This prevents the first
runtime-PM RESUME from writing 0x00 to CTRL1 and disabling the sensor
when runtime-PM is enabled.

Registers driver with pm_device_driver_init(). Moved
chip init routine into separate function to be called
from PM_DEVICE_ACTION_TURN_ON. Added a delay after
power-up.

The lis2dh driver has the ability to enable the hp filter.
However it was only possible to set the first 2 bits of the hp register.
These bits indicate wether the hp filter is enabled for the interrupts.
This commit moves lis2dh_acc_hp_filter_set to lis2dh.
It also removes the mask so that all bits are able to be set.

Previous value just activated the ability to trigger for both edges,
without (de)-activating the gpio. This caused an assrtion error in GPIO.h.

Since the interrupt state of the IA bit (interrupt source register) is
checked, it needs to be read out everytime, not only on latching.
