4216b9f622 modules: canopennode: rename header and Kconfig options 
Rename the top-level header file from <canbus/canopen.h> to
<canopennode.h>.

Rename CANopenNode related Kconfig options from CONFIG_CANOPEN* to
CONFIG_CANOPENNODE*.
