345735d0a8 tests: remove CONFIG_ZTEST_NEW_API in all tests 
Remove all usage of CONFIG_ZTEST_NEW_API from tests and sample as this
is now enabled by default.

749b112fa8 tests: devicetree: test LINKER_DT_NODE_REGION_NAME 
Add a new application for testing non-core devicetree functionality.
Add tests for the default and fallback case of
`LINKER_DT_NODE_REGION_NAME`.
