726fefd12c arch: riscv: stacktrace: implement arch_stack_walk()
Created the `arch_stack_walk()` function out from the original
`z_riscv_unwind_stack()`, it's been updated to support
unwinding any thread.

Updated the stack_unwind test case accordingly.

Increased the delay in `test_fatal_on_smp`, to wait
for the the fatal thread to be terminated, as stacktrace can
take a bit more time.

Doubled the kernel/smp testcase timeout from 60 (default) to
120s, as some of the tests can take a little bit more than 60s
to finish.

the cpu id is correct and then thread will give up cpu.

fa98745a10 tests: remove linker_generator sub tests from kernel
Kernel is being built the same way for all those tests and there is not
much related to the linker generator in any of those tests. Just keep a
small set of tests to have needed coverage in the kernel.

93b63df762 samples, tests: convert string-based twister lists to YAML lists
Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

b0e916ba67 tests: kernel: smp: Convert CONFIG_MP_NUM_CPUS handling
Move runtime checks to use arch_num_cpus() and build checks
to use CONFIG_MP_MAX_NUM_CPUS. This is to allow runtime
determination of the number of CPUs in the future.

2760fb9eda tests: added kernel tests for arm arch with linker script generator
This commit adds an additional test case for several kernel test suites
to ensure that the linker script generator is working correctly for a
subset of the Zephyr test suites.

The ensures that the basic functionality of the linker script generator
is working while still keep the performance impact on CI at a minimal
level.

Using the kernel tests is a trade-off between testing coverage of the
linker script generator and the time it takes to complete CI.

The kernel tests is considered to have the broadest coverage of various
features important for the generated linker script.

59cdfe6e44 tests/kernel: SMP test
Simple SMP test to validate the two threads can be simultaneously
scheduled. Arranges things such that both threads are at different
priorities and never yield the CPU, so on a uniprocessor build they
cannot be fairly scheduled. Checks that both are nonetheless making
progress.
