This driver assumed the ivshmem-v2 output sections would be mapped
contiguously, which is no longer true.
Modify eth_ivshmem to treat each output section independently

These tests were useful during development,
and may be useful to find/fix bugs.
OpenAMP does not currently support native_posix
boards so qemu_cortex_a53 is used.
