native_posix is being replaced with native_sim, let's
have this tests be run on native_sim instead.

For the 64 bit targets, change identifiers to the new hwmv2 ones.
And remove redundant overlays (which were equal for the 32
and 64 bit versions)

Add support for testing the `dma_emul` driver which simply uses
software emulation (i.e. asynchronous memcpy in a workqueue) for
performing DMA operations.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Add testcase filter based on devicetree nodelabel test_dma being set.
This is needed since the testcase requires it to build.

The seasonal overhaul of test identifiers aligning the terms being used
and creating a structure. This is hopefully the last time we do this,
plan is to document the identifiers and enforce syntax.
The end-goal is to be able to generate a testsuite description from the
existing tests and sync it frequently with the testsuite in Testrail.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
