Add add_by_broadcast_name command that scan for broadcast sources
has BT_DATA_BROADCAST_NAME that matches with whatever name is given
to the shell command.

Add support for selecting a periodic advertising
sync object for use. This will also be available outside
the scope of bt.c via the extern declaration.

related to audio, which should be put in the audio.h shell header
file.

Use the same unicast streams and group for the BAP and CAP
shell commands. This results in maximum flexibility, as well
as the niceness of use from CAP, as well as less memory usage.

This modifies the audio.c shell module to support
multiple connections.
This adds support for the cap_initiator unicast-start command,
which supports multiple endpoints on multiple devices.

Similar to the ad_init that automatically adds advertising data
from other modules, pa_ad_init has been added to do the same
for periodic advertising.
The only use case so far is the BAP broadcast source
data, if enabled.

Renamed the coordinated set implementation to use the
profile (CSIP) name instead of the service (CSIS) name, as
the former is more general.

Added initial support for BIS (broadcast ISO stream), which
adds support for creating BISes as both broadcaster and receiver,
as well as managing and creating BIGs.
Extends PA sync to handle BIGInfo adveritising reports.

Bluetooth address parsing has been duplicated across the different
sub-shell files. Also missing parsing of identity/resolved addresses.

This splits L2CAP commands under 'bt' to 'l2cap' removing 'l2cap-'
prefix from the commands:

This splits BR/EDR command under 'bt' to 'br' to reduce the command
list and at same time cleaning the mix between different bearers.
In addition to that also remove "br-" prefix for the commands:
