Adds, removes and modifies includes in all LE audio
files.
Fixes any found spelling mistakes as well.
Fixes a few places where incorrect types were used.

The print_sirk function that simply logs the SIRK has been removed,
as the SIRK is now directly accessible to the application via the
get_sirk function.

Add automatic adding of the CAP Acceptor Set Member AD data.
This also moves the CAP Acceptor service data into the
cap_acceptor.c shell implementation.

audio directory, to use the same structure as Mesh.
