The b_u585i_iot02a stm32 board has no HTS221 DRDY pin
to trig the HTS221 relative humidity and temperature sensor
So that sample.sensor.hts221.trigger is not applicable.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Fix all thruthy errors detected by yamllint:
yamllint -f parsable -c .yamllint $( find -regex '.*\.y[a]*ml' ) | \
grep '(truthy)'
This only accepts true/false for boolean properties. Seems like python
takes all sort of formats:

But the current specs only mention "true" or "false"

Which is the standard yamllint config.
Excluding codeconv and workflow files, as some are using yes/no instead
in the respective documentation.

Regex pattern matching is included to match the
execution log from console to return test result
in automation.
Also add fixture to identify the external sensor
connected for automation framework to trigger test
cases on particular board which is connected with
required sensor.

Remove redundant 'sample' tag and add something that matches the
functionality and features being tested, demonstrated.
Avoid short abbriviations and using full names for fs.

The hts221 sensor driver was implicitly made dependent upon the
disco_l475_iot1 board when it was converted to dts, so build the
associated sample only for this board. This issue was encountered when
adding sensor dts support to nxp boards, which don't have hts221.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
